Case Studies
Google Ads Case Studies From Real Dumpster Rental Companies
Watch us walk through client accounts: what they spend, which searches bring in calls, and what each lead costs.
Dumpster Rental Case Studies
Anyone can promise more leads. These videos show what's actually happening inside the Google Ads accounts we manage for dumpster rental companies across the US and Canada. In each breakdown, we open a client's account and talk through the numbers an owner cares about: how much they're spending, how many calls and forms came in, and what that works out to per lead.
You'll see small markets and big ones, tight budgets and bigger ones, busy seasons and slow ones. Some of these clients came to us with no ads running at all. Others had campaigns burning through money on calls for "landfill" and "trash pickup."

What You'll See in Each Breakdown
Ad Spend and Cost Per Lead
What the account spends each month and what each tracked call or form submission costs, so you can see how the numbers compare to your own market.
Call and Form Volume
How many leads came in, tracked through call tracking and dedicated landing pages. These are the same numbers our clients see in their monthly reports.
Keywords and Targeting
The searches that bring in people ready to rent a dumpster, and the ones we cut because they only brought in tire-kickers and wrong numbers.
What We Changed
The adjustments that moved the numbers, whether that was a new landing page, a budget shift, or tightening up the service area.
Why We Show Our Numbers
It's easy to post a screenshot from one good week. We'd rather show you how an account performs month after month. Because we track every Google Ads call and form for our clients, we can show you exactly what came in and what it cost. If something didn't work, we'll tell you what we changed.
We've worked only with dumpster rental, junk removal, and demolition companies since 2023, and we manage 35+ dumpster rental accounts right now. Every new account benefits from what we learn from our others.
Book your free callAre these real client accounts?
Yes. Every breakdown comes from a dumpster rental company we work with, shared with their permission.
Will my results look like these?
Every market is different. Cost per lead depends on your area, your competition, and the time of year. On your free call, we'll talk through what's realistic for your market before you spend a dollar.
What budget do I need to get started?
We typically recommend starting around $50/day, Monday through Friday, which is roughly $1,000/month in ad spend. Google needs time to learn who to show your ads to. Our goal in month one is to break even between ad spend and management. From month two on, most clients are profitable.
Am I locked into a long-term contract?
Nope. We work month-to-month, and if you're not happy after your first month, we'll refund your money in full.
